How long does a custom PC build take?
Most custom builds are ready within about 3 business days. The main thing that can slow us down is waiting on a specific part — if something you want is back-ordered, we’ll let you know up front.
How much does a custom PC build cost?
Our build fee is $250 for a standard build. That covers full assembly, cable management, and stress-testing. Custom water-cooled loops are more involved, so those are quoted separately. You pay for your parts plus the flat build fee — no hidden markup.
How much does data recovery cost?
It depends entirely on the drive — how it’s failing and how much data needs to come off it. We evaluate it first and give you an honest quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer same-day repair?
Yes. In many cases we can come to your home or office the same day and fix the issue on the spot, anywhere in NYC. Reach out and let us know what’s going on and we’ll tell you if same-day works.
Do you come to me, or do I have to drop my computer off?
We come to you. EagleEase IT is fully mobile — we service the entire NYC area on-site at your home or office. No shipping it off and no waiting in a store.
