Essential and Standard include one remote check-up per month; Premium includes unlimited remote support. Servers are covered at $250/device/mo. In-person visits are NYC-only and cost $100 in travel per visit, billed separately based on the scope of the job. Plans are billed automatically each month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
